Meet Ronnie

When Spring stretches open our days, there’s a pull to shake off the last of the winter and wander outside into the orchard with mug of tea in hand. Soak up fresh light, inhale turquoise air, sink my feet into lime green moss and absorb this living palette as it moves through the spectrum of the year. My work always begins with the experience, followed by sketches in pen, charcoal or ink. Then it’s back to the studio to distil, re-interpret and re-imagine and share the paintings you see here.

Built Heritage

Our built heritage is another great interest of mine and for many years I have drawn streets in historic town centres. These drawings can be seen on my other website Drawing the Street.
